The Essentials
Grants a non-exclusive worldwide right to use a DropOff digital item (template or system) to create one End Product for yourself or one client, distributed only for free.
End Product means:
- (a) For DropOff software templates — a customized implementation, such as a branded courier system for a delivery company.
- (b) For components — a larger application that integrates the item, e.g., a delivery tracking module inside an E-Commerce dashboard.
Ownership and Copyright
All intellectual property rights in the DropOff software, source code, and system design remain the property of DropOff Couriers LTD or the original developer. You are not permitted to claim ownership, register copyright, or represent the software as your own creation.
Permitted Uses
- Build one End Product for a client and transfer it (license transfers with it).
- Make unlimited copies if distributed for free.
- Modify or adapt the item to suit your needs.
Restrictions
- Cannot sell or monetize the End Product.
- No redistribution of the item’s source files or templates.
- No use in white-label or automated system generators.
- No extracting components (e.g., icons, modules) for reuse elsewhere.
- No use in logos, trademarks, or service marks.
Extended License
The Essentials
- Grants rights for one End Product that may be sold or monetized.
- Applies to one project or client only.
- Example: reselling a branded E-Commerce or Restaurant Management System built from a DropOff template.
Ownership and Copyright
All intellectual property rights in the DropOff software, modules, and templates remain the exclusive property of DropOff Couriers LTD. You are strictly prohibited from filing or attempting to copyright the software, its source code, or derivative versions under your own name.
Permitted Uses
- Sell unlimited copies of one licensed End Product.
- Customize and integrate features for your commercial product.
Restrictions
- Only one End Product per license (no multi-use).
- No redistribution of source files.
